This bunker is a combination of a FL243 (Heavy flakemplacement) and a type L401 (Gunbunker for 8.8 cm or 10.5 cm Flak). This combination is only built on this location in Den Helder and nowhere else in the whole Atlanticwall. On this location you can find 4 bunkers of this combination
