Batterie Todt, named after Dr. Fritz Todt (the founder of the organisation Todt which was the building contractor of the bunkers for the germans). The batterie consist 4 gunbunkers (towers), equiped with a 38 cm gun. The batterie was originaly build to assist the germans during the capturing of Great Britain, but in a later stage it was in use against a possible invassion from the allied. Turm I is today a museum with lots of itmes regarding WOII. Turm III is in the year 1945 almost demolished due to a accident with ammunition. Turm II and IV can be vistited if you like climbing, but be carefull.
