On a little distance form the coast of Calais you can find this former Airfield/headquarter. The exact function of this location is not known . You can find a luftwaffe commandbunker of type L479 "Unterstand fur Funkmessgerate Auswertung Jafu 'Anton'". A few kilomters away from this location in the small village of Predefin you can find a Mammut Radar bunker type L485, probably the data from this bunker was processed in the L487. On this location you can also find some other bunkers. Also a very big brick building, some sources say that the function of this building was a hospital, and other sources say it was the accommodation for the pilots. In Predefin a same building is build. The L479 is very hard to find but looks still very nice inside with lots of original parts and all it's armoured doors.
