Groede









Just outside te village Groede you can find this location. The location was equiped with 4 pieces 10.5 cm guns. Two of the gung were placed in bunkers of type 669. All bunkers on this location were camouflated as houses which you can still see today. During the liberation the canadian soldiers thought that they entered a real village instead of a bunkervillage, so the Germans did a good job in camouflage.
